Mike Adler
The Managing Partner at AC Lion brings over 12 years of investment banking, venture capital and sales experience to AC Lion. Michael has a reputation for always being one of the smartest financial guys in the room.
Mr. Adler:
• Brings a strong knowledge in the media and financial spaces and has been instrumental at helping Ac Lion develop strong relationships with top advertising agencies, emerging interactive technology companies and well established financial institutions.
• Learned the ins and outs of working with rapidly growing companies as the VP of Finance and New Business Development at Visual Radio, LLC, an Advanced Communications, Internet-and New Media venture capital fund, where he served on the senior investment decision board, raised capital for portfolio companies and assisted each company with growing their sales.
• Was a Senior Associate at www.tdsecurities.com, specializing in the Media and Telecom industries, where he participated in structuring and marketing deals totaling over $10 billion.
• Started his Career as an Associate at Bank of America Securities, where he participated in 22 transactions representing over $8 billion in capital raised for Fortune 500 clients in Entertainment and Media.
• Received his BA degree from Whittier College in Business Administration, with concentrations in Economics and Finance. Was a member of Whittier’s inter-collegiate basketball team and President of the Richard Nixon’s republicans club.
• Is an avid surfer and who has traveled throughout the Americas surfing some of the best breaks
